Hildy R Gottlieb

Hildy Gottlieb is a futurist and social change strategist, an asker of powerful questions, and an advocate for creating a world that works for all of us.

She and her partner, Dimitri Petropolis, co-founded the global think tank, Creating the Future, where they have demonstrated the power of the Catalytic Thinking framework Hildy developed. Rooted in radical inclusion, radical possibility, and radical strength, Catalytic Thinking shows changemakers how to create what is possible by changing the questions their work is answering. Change the questions, change the world.

Prior to Creating the Future, Hildy and Dimitri cofounded the world’s first diaper bank, sparking the diaper banking movement across North America, and garnering them a Points of Light Citation from President Bill Clinton.

A writer, speaker, teacher, connector, mom and grandma, dog person, gardener, photographer, and movie-lover, when not working, Hildy can be found traveling the world in search of marvelous independent bookstores and a quiet café to read.
