45 years old born in mid wales, brought up in small village called Llan on the outskirts of Llanbrynmair between the towns of Y Drenewydd, Machynlleth and Llanidloes.

An avid football and rugby fan iin 2019 after a traumatic few years i suffered a severe stroke that left me in hospital for 6 months having paralysed by left side and left its mark on me, but i continue to work daily on my physical and cognitive recovery and am now continuing to see improvements, i published my first + second book in2024, and plan an growing my collection in the years ahead, interested in all thing sport+ welsh, an avid learner and traveler
