Lee Coate

Lee Coate's 30 years of experience in local church ministry and leadership has given him a strong understanding of churches and effective strategies. As the Executive Pastor at The Crossing Church in Las Vegas for 16 years and President of Growmentum Group, he consults with churches nationwide. Lee holds a Masters in Global Leadership from Fuller Seminary.

When he's not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Tanya, and their two adult children, as well as running, golfing, and watching Vegas Golden Knights hockey.
