Maryam Haroon

Born in the Middle East to a Mizrahi family and raised in various countries, Haroon has seen more of the world within the first ten years of her life than some people do in a lifetime. Her environmental instability has made for much hilarity and riot. Passionate about art and writing since kindergarten and descending from generations of published authors, those adventures and misadventures have been inspiring her work and allowing her to write about the most ridiculous subjects with confidence unique to hands-on experience.

Subjects of interest include animals, red light, Japan, and angst, so expect books for a variety of audiences.
