Richard M Elbert

Richard Elbert is the founder and President of Kansas City Charity Services, Inc., a Kansas City Missouri based non-profit organization which began in 2009 to improve the urban core by revitalization of decaying and dilapidated urban core housing and making such housing available to urban core residents. Kansas City Charity Services has also created community gardens, a computer learning center and is now engaged in development of Tiny Houses.
