Karin Adams

Karin Adams holds a Master of Arts degree from the University of Winnipeg and pursued doctoral studies at Harvard University, focusing on ancient languages and literature. Returning to her first love—creative writing—she has authored five traditionally published works of fiction. Since 2010, Karin has been delivering inspiring writing workshops based on her own practices.

Karin's newest book, “The One Week Writing Workshop: 7 Days to Spark, Boost or Revive your Novel”, is a bestselling non-fiction handbook for adults aspiring to write a novel. It is already the recipient of several awards, including a Reader Views Best Writing Book of the Year award and Foreword INDIES Book of the Year finalist. Karin’s middle grade novels include Lights! Curtains! Cows!, No TV? No Fair!, My Best Friend is a Viral Dancing Zombie, Mermaid Warrior Squad, and the acclaimed Frostbite Hotel.
