A homeschool graduate born and raised in upstate New York, Friebel studied watercolor under Ralph Murray at the Kirkland Art Center in Clinton NY. Now Friebel has grown her 20 years of experience with watercolor and other assorted mediums and founded her business Thine Hands Designs LLC. A homeschool mom herself Caitlin now enjoys finding inspiration for her artwork in teaching her two little girls, and experiencing the wonder of life's little moments through all of their many firsts. It was one of these moments of wonder with her girls that inspired the first lines of her book "The forest is changing. The bright greens of the trees are fading to gold, dusty oranges, and crimson, everything is crinkling and rustling. the whispering voice of October is blowing through the branches. "October is Having a Party!" he called.
