Erin Byron

Erin Byron is a Registered Psychotherapist with a Master of Arts degree in Yoga Therapy for PTSD, along with a year of expressive arts therapy training at the graduate level. They have 30 years' experience working the front lines of post-traumatic stress recovery and 15 years of experience training professionals to do the same.

Erin continues to guide mental health providers, yoga therapists, and health practitioners in clinical skills, especially fine-tuning their work with traumatized clients.

Erin has taught yoga for over 25 years, training and certifying yoga teachers, yoga therapists, and meditation instructors.

Erin enjoys playing the clarinet, swimming, drawing with chalk pastels, restoring colonised landscapes, and contributing to social and ecological justice. They live in Ontario, Canada, with loved ones, native plants, and animals.
