Rissa H Waters

Rissa Waters is a small town girlie with BIG dreams. From a young age she has been eager to be apart of community. At 15 y/o she started her college education. She graduated at the ripe age of 22 with her Masters Degree in Criminal Justice. She has also obtained Bachelor degrees in both Criminology and Hospitality. She feels her purpose from God is to serve others.

Post higher education, she has worked for a local law firm, Heintz Law, in which her title is "Operations Coordinator". A catch all title as Rissa truly does a "bit of it all". She also proudly serves her community as an Independent Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay. She feels that both positions allow for her to help others reach their goals and feel better.

Rissa has a lot of proud family and friends within her circle but is always looking to expand her community. She and her husband, Sam, have two fur-babies, Binx (cat but acts like dog) & Baymax (cat who acts like human), who they very much adore. You can check out the kitties first adventure in Rissa's newest book, "Binx & Baymax: The Tails of Two Kitties: Part One: The Orange Ball". This is the first in Rissa's children book (hopefully) series. Rissa has always had an appreciation for little ones. Rissa and Sam intend to expand their family in the near future, but until then they have God children who have blessed their lives beyond measure and many "nieces", "nephews" and fur-niece-and-nephews.

Rissa's biggest hopes and dreams are to expand her community and bring true joy to those around her.
