Stephan A du Toit

As a seasoned consultant and author with over 30 years of expertise in executive management, strategy development, industrial relations, governance, and compliance, I am the MD of Employment Equity (SA), an equity compliance firm, and du'Toit Associates, a governance and business compliance firm. I have provided strategies and guidance to over 2,000 clients.

I authored six books providing practical insights on employment equity, discipline, leadership, legislative compliance, gamification, and management principles. Blessed with the most beautiful wife in the world and two exceptional children, my experiences as a husband and parent contribute to my view on the importance of balance between family health & well-being and business life.

My experience and qualifications span a wide range of disciplines, including HVAC, project management, skills facilitation, assessment moderation & forensic auditing, employment equity facilitation and consultation, industrial relations, phytotherapy, value management engineering, vigneron, IiP, crypto & blockchain tech, stock trading, and marketing.
