Regis Prograis

Regis Prograis has been ranked at the top of the world boxing rankings for the super lightweight division since 2018. On November 26, 2022, he became the first two-time world boxing champion in New Orleans history. Prograis attributes much of his success to reading books and his disciplined and family-oriented lifestyle in the ring.
