Gizem Sahan

Gizem Şahan is an engineer, author, performance coach, and strategist. She trained as a business engineer and spent years inside systems built for machines before she turned her attention to a more interesting one, the human mind.

Today she works with founders, leaders, and high-performing teams on the part of their work that no spreadsheet captures, how they think, decide, and hold their nerve under pressure. Her approach draws on decision science, psychology, and creative systems design, and it keeps returning to one question. How do intelligent people learn to work with their minds instead of fighting them?

She writes for people whose minds rarely move in straight lines: the pattern-seekers, the overthinkers, the multi-passionate, the quietly intense. Her first book, Creative Solutions for Ordinary Problems, is a collection of 42 essays on the everyday craft of thinking well. Her guided notebook, FOG OFF: A Clarity Notebook for Neurodivergent Minds, was made for ADHD, gifted, highly sensitive, and idea-rich adults who need a clearer place to put their thoughts.

Across her coaching, her writing, and the work she designs for teams, the aim stays the same. Clarity, sound decisions, and performance that does not cost you yourself.
