ASKAR BAPEN

Askar Bapen is Master of Business TRIZ and Kaizen/Lean Practitioner.

He is the CEO of KAIZEN-TRIZ PARTNERS, a company specialising in operational efficiency and business innovation. He has many years of experience in project-oriented training and consulting on Kaizen/Lean and TRIZ systems for business.

Creator of the P2R (Property-to-Resource) methodology - a proprietary TRIZ-based system for uncovering hidden business resources and generating innovative solutions.

At IBTA (International Business TRIZ Association) he serves in three roles simultaneously: Advisory Board Member, Official Regional Representative for Kazakhstan and Central Asia, and Member of the Master of Business TRIZ Qualification Committee.

Former diplomat. EXPO-2017 coordinator for 115 countries and 22 International Organisations.

Askar Bapen is also the father of two beautiful daughters, which inspires his professional activities.
