I’m Liesel Edis, an Australian writer and creative in many forms, with a love for telling stories that mix intrigue, wit, and heart.

I’m inspired by the raw beauty of the Australian landscape and the complicated, often messy layers of everyday life. Friends, family, and meeting new people are my true passions. My novels explore themes of scandal, sisterhood, and reinvention, always with a voice that feels sharp, honest, and deeply human, with a generous slice of humour.

When I’m not writing, I’m creating in other ways, through my art as an underwater photographer, swimming in the ocean, or chasing my boys and our dog along the beach. I live by the coast, where I’m never too far from sunshine, the sea, and a glass of wine shared over a belly full of laughs with friends and family.
