Toni Jackson Lampley is a relationship coach, author, and master trainer in mentoring practices who integrates design thinking and human-centered design to help people and organizations build stronger relationships, greater belonging, and lives rooted in purpose. She believes that pain can break you open, or it can make you whole, and that healing begins when we intentionally design how we live, love, and lead.
Her debut novel, Broken, explores the complexity of love, betrayal, and forgiveness through the lens of an interracial marriage tested by truth and redemption. Known for her honest and reflective storytelling, Toni invites readers to see themselves in her characters and to find courage in their own becoming.
Through her work as Toni Design Coach and her Love by Design platform, she combines the science of hope with design thinking to empower others to heal, grow, and create meaningful connections. She lives in Iowa with her three children and continues to write stories that illuminate the beauty of becoming whole. Toni lives by her favorite question: “If your life were a house, how would you design it?” She believes life, like a home, should be created with intentions filled with long walks, slow sunsets, laughter in the kitchen, and the kind of creativity that turns ordinary moments into art.
