Mark Bernardo

Mark Bernardo is a seasoned print and online journalist and author of nonfiction books, specializing in fine watches and other elements of the luxury world. He is currently the Director of Editorial Content for Teddy Baldassarre, a leading online review channel for luxury watches, after previously having served in senior editorial roles at lifestyle magazines WatchTime and Smoke. He is the author of AIR TIME: Watches Inspired by Aviation, Aeronautics, and Pilots, and co-author of SEA TIME: Watches Inspired by Sailing, Yachting, and Diving, both for Rizzoli. Previously he authored two pop-culture-oriented paperback books, Elvis Presley: Memphis and Lichtenstein in New York: A Pop Art Life, and the e-book Mad Men’s Manhattan: The Insider’s Guide, all for boutique publisher Roaring Forties Press. Prior to his career in journalism, he worked as an editor and writer of fiction for Marvel Comics. Mark is currently seeking a publisher for Red Sentinel, his debut prose fiction novel.
