Dr. Rachel Levich has been a partner at On-I-Apple Research Center since 2014 and serves as principal advisor and chief information security officer (CISO) to Charles Edda and C Bouley. The Security Knowledge Base provides tactics, tools, techniques, and skills to help organizations conduct research and protect their networks. In addition, it is supported by qualitative and quantitative think tanks to implement important considerations before establishing a SOC. This process facilitates discussions with the steering committee and CEO about how to build a business case that supports the SOC and senior management.
