Felix Richter

Felix Richter is an organizational consultant and works as a trauma therapist in Berlin. He studied economics (diploma) and was the managing director of a medium-sized consulting firm for over 10 years.

He has many years of experience in managing international projects across various industries for companies and public clients. These included the United Nations Sustainable Development Solutions Network, the European Commission, the Global Leadership Academy, and state and federal government agencies.

His work has largely focused on strategy and organizational development with an emphasis on sustainability. He has taught at universities in Potsdam (MBA) and Merseburg, among others.

In his trauma practice (both in person and online), he focuses on Somatic Experiencing and the Neuro-Affective Relationship Model (NARM) after years of additional trainings.
