I am a retired senior executive with 50 years global experience; thirty of them with the Procter & Gamble Company in several countries — India, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Philippines, and Thailand. Post P&G, I founded Guptas Group Ltd. in Hong Kong and its Subsidiaries in China — Vaastu, a date with India and Guptas Consultancy Services. I also advised and supported global companies — COTY, BIC, Intercos, Brinc and several Indian companies.

My passion has been development and transformation of individuals and teams to step change organizational performance and results. I have also led evolution of disruptive innovations in supply systems that have become industry trends today.

My first book SUCCESS IS A CHOICE was published (Feb 2024) by Olympia Publishers, London. I am currently working on my second book.
