Jennifer is committed to developing individuals, building teams, and creating communities where people can not only be themselves, but grow to be someone they never thought they could be.

Fascinated with books, Jennifer has always dreamed of being an author. With a passion for travel and people, she lives life as both an active observer and passionate connector. She draws from her relationships with strong, seasoned leaders as well as emerging leaders, and strives to meet people where they are and finds ways to encourage their individual development.

Jennifer is the mother of two amazing daughters that have taught her the importance of being yourself, celebrating differences, and supporting each other’s hopes and dreams. Jennifer has roots in Wisconsin and lives in Montana with her partner, Adam, who encourages her to create learning opportunities, cultivate new experiences, and celebrate all that life has to offer.
