Victoria is a certified Life and Executive Business Coach from Decatur, Georgia, serving as the CEO of Visions of Validation LLC. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Clayton State University and an Associate of Science in Teacher Education from Perimeter College at Georgia State University. Additionally, she obtained her coaching certifications from the ICU Academy. With over 16 years of experience in Corporate America, Victoria faced unwavering challenges in her career, leading her to separate from Corporate America to enact the change it needed. She is determined to assist businesses and corporations in eliminating toxic work environments to improve employee retention, attract ideal clients, and identify challenges within the establishment to maximize company profit.

As a Life Coach, Victoria helps individuals discover themselves, dismantle limiting beliefs, walk in their purpose, and attract healthy relationships to maximize their quality of life, both personally and professionally. She is the recipient of the Jeanette G. Lee Lifetime Achievement and the Great Model Awards. During her reign, Victoria obtained certification in Domestic Violence Prevention to further serve individuals who have experienced various types of abuse. In July 2023, she was crowned Outstanding Queen of American Beauties Plus and received the Shayla J. Nealy Business Woman of the Year Award.
