Jason Kay

Jason spent 18yrs in R&D as an engineer prior to real estate.  He earned most of his 35 patents and his Masters from Columbia while at Bell Labs. Fast forward 18 years & he left corporate to join his wife Trish in her thriving business.  What does that have to do with a real estate?

NOTHING!

Which is why Jason spent 4 years refining the skills and a further 6+ teaching working with buyers. The point is if he can learn the skills to become a great realtor, so can you!

Trish & Jason have sold roughly 1billion worth of homes. He received his luxury certification & Guild membership in 2015, became a certified instructor with eXp Realty in 2019, and a Success Coach in 2022. Most importantly, 35 of his last 37 buyer sides he's taken the client out once and gotten them under contract. Jason enjoys many repeat clients & referrals from his happy clients.

When not at work, Jason loves cars (especially tracking them), skiing, hiking the backcountry, and cooking - but not all at the same time.
