Xuewu Liu, a Chinese national, graduated from Nanjing University in 1998 with a Bachelor's degree in Atmospheric Physics and Atmospheric Environment from the Department of Atmospheric Science. He later obtained his Master's degree in Economics from the School of International Business at Nanjing University in 2001. Despite not having a background in biomedicine, Liu has a strong grasp of complex scientific concepts. Throughout his career, he has worked in government departments, financial institutions, and private investment firms, showcasing his profound scientific knowledge and innovative thinking in economics and business management.
He has gained experience in three typical complex scientific fields and has developed a promising intratumoral injection drug. Through this process, he formulated an effective approach to solving complex scientific problems, which coincidentally aligns with the principles of first principles thinking. As a cross-disciplinary professional entering the field of cancer, the author deeply feels the plight of cancer treatment—a field dominated by overconfident doctors, presumptuous researchers, and traditionalist regulators, with hardly any satisfied cancer patients.
