Jennifer O'Neal

Jennifer brings over 25 years of industry experience to her role as CEO, co-owner, and co-founder of Live Oak Audio Visual. With a background in business management, marketing, and nonprofit fundraising and a deep-rooted passion for driving social change through powerful experiences, she has dedicated years to bringing ideas and stories to life.

Jennifer's passion lies in leveraging events as a platform for driving social change and amplifying community voices. Through Live Oak AV, she works tirelessly to ensure that every event, whether virtual or in-person, leaves a lasting impact. From collaborating with schools and nonprofits to supporting businesses and event planners, Jennifer's expertise ensures that each occasion is seamlessly executed and memorable. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations & Trade and a Masters degree in Business Administration.

Additionally, she’s developed the Feminist Guide to Presenting, a pioneering resource tailored to empower women, providing invaluable insights on attire, accessories, and AV presentation techniques from years of experience in the event industry.

Beyond her work with Live Oak AV, Jennifer is deeply committed to entrepreneurship and innovation and is a member of the Seattle Chapter of the Entrepreneurs Organization. As the co-chair of their Accelerator program, she supports other business owners who are actively trying to scale up their companies. Jennifer believes in the importance of constant evolution and innovation, viewing entrepreneurship as a vehicle for addressing contemporary challenges and driving positive change.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys hanging out with her husband, family, and dogs, traveling with her son, playing the ukulele poorly but enthusiastically, attending Brandi Carlile concerts, and finding antique treasures at estate sales.
