Susie Theodorou is a food stylist and writer who lives in London and Los Angeles. She has worked on magazines, cookbooks, and commercials her whole career, traveling all over the world for fun and work.
Born and raised in London, to Greek Cypriot parents, Susie grew up eating traditional Cypriot Mediterranean food. She learned to cook from scratch (at a very young age), as that’s how it was done by her mother and aunts. However, over the years, with cooking as a profession, Susie has drawn on global inspirations, and quite a few shortcuts, but always tries to concentrate on fresh ingredients being mixed with quality store- bought products.
