Emily Pelkowski

Emily serves as Director of Career Design and Outreach at Nazareth University, located in Rochester, NY, where she supervises a team of career coaches and collaborates with the Office of Community Engagement, Center for International Education, and the Professional Internship Program to provide meaningful experiential learning opportunities to her students. In addition to her work in higher education, Emily has worked in the educational technology industry and with non-profit global exchange programs. She also owns a private career coaching practice, Thrive Career Coaching, where she supports clients on their career development. She earned an M.S. in Human Development and Family Studies at the University of Rhode Island and B.A. in Creative Writing from St. John Fisher University.
