Renata de Castro

Renata de Castro is a Birth Doula, Ayurvedic practitioner, and yoga teacher specializing in Prenatal Yoga. She is the founder of Her Sacred Cradle, a sanctuary for women's wellness, dedicated to empowering women to awaken their inner healer and embrace their innate powers. Renata's mission is to guide women towards greater consciousness in their health, pregnancy, and birth journeys.

With a deep conviction that women are the conduits between worlds and the vessels of future generations, Renata believes that the way women birth, navigate pregnancy, and embrace motherhood shapes the consciousness of the world. Her work is rooted in the ancient wisdom of yoga and Ayurveda, which she continues to study and share with others to optimize their health, lifestyles, and birthing experiences.

Residing in Canada with her husband and two children, Renata embodies her beliefs as a homeschooling and home-birthing mama, finding immense joy and empowerment in these experiences. Outside of her holistic practices, Renata finds solace in nature, enjoys immersing herself in a good book, and expresses her creativity through acrylic painting.
