I’m a 40-something neurospicy mom, wife, and creator, constantly chasing dopamine and refusing to fit inside anyone’s box. I make things for a living—books, journals, sarcasm, and the occasional questionable decision.

My passions? God, my family, Harry Potter, and dogs (not necessarily in that order, depending on the day—or the dog). I’ve spent nearly 20 years in the dog industry training, grooming, and making sure my service dog, Bruce, remains the goodest boy™ while keeping me alive and socially functional.

I’m an Enneagram 7, which means I’m fueled by adventure, ideas, and the deep need to make life not boring. If you love creativity, chaos, and humor with a side of real talk, we’ll get along just fine.
