David Rease Jr.

David Rease Jr. is a nationally recognized educator and systems leader dedicated to scaling equity‑centered instructional improvement. In System Wise, he joins Adam Parrott‑Sheffer, Carmen Williams, and Kathryn Parker Boudett to share a tested framework that helps schools move from isolated efforts to sustainable, system‑wide impact. He currently serves in the Prince George’s County Public Schools (MD) as an Associate Superintendent for the Department of Transformation, Leadership, and Continuous Improvement.
