Enric Serradell Lopez

Enric Serradell-Lopez is an economist, PhD from the University of Barcelona, and a professor at UOC-Universitat Oberta de Catalunya. Since 1998, he has been an associate professor in the Department of Economics and Business Studies, where he has served as associate dean and head of the Executive Education area.

His teaching, research, and consulting work focuses on business strategy, problem-solving and innovation, trends detection, entrepreneurship, and online learning.

He is the director of the research group MeL – Management & eLearning, which aims to analyze and design innovative environments for decision-making and the development of skills related to personal and professional decision-making. His research has been published in numerous academic journals and presented at renowned international conferences.

At the Management & eLearning research group, we work in collaboration with educators, businesses, government, and other stakeholders to develop practical solutions to real-world problems. We are committed to improving the quality of education through research and the development of innovative educational technologies.

We also promote collaboration and knowledge exchange among researchers, educators, and industry professionals through joint projects. Our research is based on ethical principles and aims to have a positive impact on society.
