Richie dedicated more than a decade to seeking happiness before he encountered PSYCH-K, which allowed him to transform his negative subconscious beliefs into positive ones. This breakthrough left him feeling incredible, yet it also led him to ponder the next steps: how do people accomplish their goals? This question marked the start of his venture into life coaching.

He then observed the pervasive sadness in people's relationships and the pattern of individuals repeatedly encountering the same types of partners while dating. Motivated by a desire to offer everyone the chance at a fulfilling relationship, he directed his efforts towards relationship and dating coaching.
