Jason Grom

Jason Grom currently resides in Maplewood, Minnesota with his wife Heather and two children, Hannah and Jack. He's a learning and development leader in financial services, with expertise in learning strategy, design, facilitation, and coaching. He writes a weekly learning blog called Learn In the Flow of Life and has been a guest on multiple podcasts, webinars, and speaking engagements sharing his expertise and ideas.

He grew up in Northeast Wisconsin which he still calls home based upon his connection with his family and the area. He followed in his grandpa Jack’s footsteps playing the tuba in school which led to an opportunity to join the University of Wisconsin Marching Band, performing at two Rose Parades and Bowls during his tenure.

If he's not working or attending Hannah or Jack's after school activities, you can find him enjoying family activities including golfing, fishing and anything Disney, especially Star Wars, learning every step of the way!
