James Shy Freeman

James Shy Freeman has a lifelong interest in the intersection between taste and scent, gardening, and history. He has taught classes on botanical mixology and various gardening topics at the New York Botanical Garden and lectured on orchids for orchid societies. When not growing too many plants or stirring a drink at home, he teaches as a college professor and practices martial arts and meditation.
