Welcome to Physical and Spiritual Stretching! I am just a Jesus loving girl that also loves yoga and decided that there had been enough negative stereotyping about Christians that wanted to do yoga. In the book I cover the similarities between eight aspects of Christianity and how it is mirrored in yoga.

I was born and raised in Montana and am currently residing in the great state of Texas. I have a wonderful, Jesus-loving husband, three teenage girls, 2 Frenchie's and a Shih-Tzu and own a yoga studio in the heart of downtown Weatherford. I love nothing more than to share yoga with communities that may not have the resources or funding. I created a non-profit called Pav Gives Back that will compensate the instructors and provide props.
