Kay Paschal

Along with her husband, Kay embarked on a 25 year career that included founding two private preschools, becoming a board chair on the Georgia Child Care Association, and publishing monthly parenting and business tips articles in various city wide publications. Upon selling the family business and retiring, Kay wrote a book highlighting some of the most popular parenting topics she was asked to advise on over 25 years with funny stories about not always taking her own advice while raising her own kids. Kay now speaks across the country on parenting, women’s issues, and business practices as well as exhibiting and holding breakout sessions at parenting conferences.

Kay is a popular guest on numerous podcasts as well as hosting her own podcast on Spotify (Kay’s Gigglecast).

Kay is a Op-Ed contributor to the Atlanta Journal Constitution. Insert Giggle Giggle was recognized as BEST BOOK FOR THE PARENT Finalist.
