Klaudia Gorczyca is an experienced manager, entrepreneur and an executive performance coach. She spent several years in financial services, moving from trading, to hedge funds, to disruptive tech, and involving management of global teams. She was named as one of ‘Women in FinTech Powerlist’ by the UK’s Innovate Finance.

As the President of Women in Leadership Global, Klaudia is the blueprint and the fuel to people who have been identified as future leaders within their organisations. She helps equip them with skills, behaviors and mindsets required to get to the next level.
