Andrea Aldrete

Andrea Aldrete is an artist, writer and poet from a small Texas border town. After nearly ten years in the field of IT, she left her career to bask in the chaos of motherhood. She's a recovering alcoholic who lives a sober life with her husband and two beautiful children.

Andrea's published works appear in "Anti-Heroin Chic," "Wild Roof Journal," "Wildscape Literary Journal," "Querencia Press," "Prosetrics," "Human Obscura" and others. She has also written two books of prose and poetry, "The Muse is Sleeping," and "The Muse is Awake."
