Richard Khan is a seasoned information management leader with over two decades of experience in directing technology operations, developing and delivering large-scale information technology projects, and providing solutions to optimize infrastructure, achieve compliance, and scale operations. His expertise lies in strategic planning and implementation, technology migration and integration, software development, and a range of other areas critical to achieving organizational objectives and improving profitability.

Throughout his career, Richard has led multiple onshore and offshore cross-functional teams, building strong professional relationships and accomplishing strategic business objectives. He has a proven track record in communicating with stakeholders, leading project teams, driving performance improvements, and enhancing value streams.

Richard's diverse experience spans public, private, and not-for-profit sectors, and his areas of expertise include QA/DevOps/automation, process and value stream mapping, requirement analysis, project lifecycle management, product development, change and risk management, and solutions and system architecture, among others.

Richard has recently completed an MBA with a focus on Artificial Intelligence (AI). He is dedicated to developing a deep understanding of AI and machine learning in the context of business and management. This dedication has led to completing this passion project of writing a glossary for AI.
