I've been a Secondary Maths teacher for over 25 years - a job that I absolutely love!

I have worked in 4 different schools and have had a number of roles such as Numeracy Co-ordinator, Second In Department, Head of Year and Assistant Headteacher. Throughout my time, I have supported numerous trainees and new teachers across all subjects. I lead on T&L, as well as Character and have spoken at a number of conferences, as well as supporting leaders from other schools.

I have written my book to share strategies for being a classroom teacher, funny stories from my journey and my positivity for life in general.
