Sam Johnson (he/him) is a Portland, Oregon, native who traveled the world during 7 years of active duty military service. He returned home with one mission: help people get stronger mentally and physically. Sam believes Strength is for Everyone and is the founder of StrengthFarm and StrengthApp.
