Chenise Upshur

Chenise Upshur is the CEO and founder of Cornerstone Coaching and Consulting, a company that focuses on developing and empowering leaders to better support their teams. She has crafted an approach to leadership that centers on awareness and a desire to be a consummate learner of her craft. Chenise has won multiple accolades for her leadership skills and was recognized five times for having one of the top NPS scores globally as a leader.

In addition to her real-world experience, Chenise has multiple degrees from both Vanderbilt University and Lipscomb University and is ICF accredited. Traveling is a big part of how Chenise learns new things whether it's across the world in another country or an hour's drive away to check out a new museum, most long weekends and summer breaks are spent looking for new experiences.
