JOSEPH WILSON

Joseph Wilson is an Executive Program Leader, Corporate Facilitator, and Youth Guide with the Maxwell Leadership Certified Team, empowering leaders and organizations across sectors through Power 2 Become LLC, a Veteran-Owned Business, and The Joseph Center for Dream and Leadership Development.

Joseph is also an Advancement Director with the Paul to Timothy Institute, equipping pastors to mentor their ministry leaders. He and his wife Diedre pioneered two multicultural churches in Cleveland, Ohio, and founded Power 2 Become Ministries, Inc. a non-profit equipping ministry to help leaders and churches expand their reach and impact as Certified Church Executives and Coaches.

Joseph’s experience includes and spans thirty-plus years, serving as a founding leader in both for-profit and non-profit sectors with various business and ecclesiastical organization roles, such as District Overseer, International Evangelism Director, Region Clergy Conference Director, and Home Missions Director, Ministerial Fellowship President, and now as a Bishop in the Church Of Our Lord Jesus Christ. Further, he served as a Branch Manager, National Sales Manager, New Business Development Manager, and Call Center Trainer.

He continues to provide leadership training and system development for organizations, of all shapes and sizes, helping them to pioneer, re-engineer for a new surge, and or achieve sustainability.

Joseph holds a Master of Organizational Leadership (MOL) and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in religious studies with an emphasis in Organization Development, Human Resource Management, and Applied Communications. He is an author and coauthor with his wife. They engage in community and country transformation training together.
