Annie Macleod

Annie MacLeod has a real passion for ensuring her clients are personally and professionally successful. She began her Project Management career in the tech sector and started her own consulting firm, Business Improvement Consulting Services Inc. over 25 years ago. BICS has specialized in making project teams and projects successful by streamlining PM practices and having highly effective project teams. More recently she has added writing to her passions and has recently completed writing a book titled Lead then Learn, Powering Project Teams with Collaboration. She has also been contracted to write articles for the Digital Project Manager community as a digital expert.

Annie is also the chief coach at the Project Management GameBoard (PMGB). The PMGB provides a tool to diagnose project performance and zero in on the areas that most need improvement – either of a particular project or projects within the organization. She works with individual PMs and organizations to customize their PM practices, tools, and techniques.

Finally, she is passionate about Miro – the online collaboration product at the forefront of making meetings, projects, and learning truly effective in the remote world. With this passion, she is a Miro volunteer and participates as a Miro Creator building content and templates and is also a member of the Miro Expert directory.
