Ian Ball

Ian Ball is an adjunct professor in the Wellington School of Business and Government in Victoria University of Wellington (VUW), New Zealand. Previously he has been a professor of public financial management in VUW, chief executive officer of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC), chairman of the Working Group and a board member of the International Integrated Reporting Council, principal of Public Sector Performance (NZ) Ltd, chairman of the Public Sector Committee of IFAC (the forerunner of the International Public Sector Accounting Standards Board) and Central Financial Controller and Director of Financial Management Policy at the New Zealand Treasury.
