TONYA GILBERT

Tonya Gilbert is the acclaimed author of “I’m A Big Helper" and "God Makes Us All Unique". Her passion is promoting literary works that foster growth, healing, and well-being. When she is not writing, Tonya practices clinically as a certified behavioral health Physician Associate. She also is the Founder of GrowGurl, Inc., a nonprofit wellness organization developing women of purpose and creating safe spaces for women and girls to unpack trauma.

Tonya began Big helper Books, Inc. with a mission to encourage reading among youth, introduce positive storylines, and advocate for equitable access to books for children everywhere.

Vision: To globally build confidence and improve self-esteem among youth through positive literature.
