Melissa Crocker

Hi, I'm Melissa and I thank you for visiting my profile to read more about me! I am a happy stay at home wife and homeschooling mother of two amazing young girls, one of whom is on the Autism Spectrum. We live in a small, rural town in Maine where it is very quiet and peaceful. My first book, The Kitten and the Tomten, was just a story I told to my girls at bedtime one night and then started the journey to make it into a book. Many of the book illustrations are based on the landscape of our own property making it a little more special.

I grew up on a small farm in Georgetown, Maine and growing up we always loved to read stories about the woodland animals and mythical, magical creatures. I hope you stay tuned for more books as I'm looking forward to publishing more, as life allows.
