Caitlin Haney Johnston

Native Austinite Caitlin Haney Johnston is a four-time Austin Monthly Top Attorney, Winner of the 2021 Austin Under Forty Awards in the Legal Category and Texas Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2024. She has also been named a Pathfinder by the Travis County Women Lawyer’s Association. Her practice focuses on estate planning, probate, and probate litigation.

Through both personal and professional experience, she understands the importance of planning when staring down a diagnosis as well as the everyday concerns of parents with young children. She takes a practical but empathetic approach to walking families through difficult situations.
