James Raquepau

James Raquepau is the author of The Destiny Cycle, an epic fantasy series blending Irish and Celtic mythology, Gaelic warriors, Norse conflict, Druidic magic, ancient gods, magical relics, and the struggle between accepting fate and choosing one’s destiny.

The series follows Breanna Bán Morna, a warrior of both Gaelic and Norse blood drawn into the designs of the Tuatha Dé Danann. Her journey begins in Blades of Destiny and continues through Stone of Destiny and Heart of Destiny, where mortal wars collide with myth, divine interference, sacrifice, and powers that can reshape the world.

James began developing The Destiny Cycle in the 1990s after earning a degree in English Creative Writing from Eastern Michigan University.

His novels appeal to readers drawn to Celtic fantasy, Irish mythology, strong female warrior protagonists, Druidic and elemental magic, ancient relics, time-bending fantasy, and stories about characters who challenge the fate laid before them.
