Hi, I'm Debbie Humphreys, I love whippets and can't imagine life without one. I've shared my life with whippets since 2003 and grew up with a characterful rescue whippet. My love for the breed led me to set up a whippet attire company, Redhound, which was very much inspired by my first whippet, Bruno, who had alopecia, hated the rain and wouldn't go out in the cold.

I believe that now is the best time to have a whippet, with better knowledge of health, nutrition, wellbeing and enrichment we are able to give them the best life. Increasingly dogs are welcome in public places, work spaces and holiday destinations - perfect for a breed that truly loves to be by your side - all of the time.

And there's a growing online hound community making it easier to connect with other whippet addicts, organize regular meet ups, swap clothing and discuss all aspects of whippet life with others who understand and care about the breed we love.
