David Gram

Originally from Toronto, Canada, David currently lives in the Detroit Metro area where he is an Associate Professor of Theatre at Oakland University. He is also a professional theatre and opera director, actor, playwright, and dramaturg. David is the Producing Artistic Director of Renaissance City Repertory Theatre, a professional non-profit theatre company committed to bringing global stories to Michigan stages. Research interests include: classical and contemporary farce, musical theatre, Shakespeare and his Contemporaries, and the genres of mystery, horror, and espionage onstage. David is married to Kristina, and dad to Oslo, an adorable Australian Shepherd.
